One-Line Bio

Larry Sharpe is an Advisor and Trainer in NYC.

Biography

Larry Sharpe is the Director of Neo-Sage. Neo-Sage members are able to get more people to say “Yes” more often. That includes Sales, Customer Service, Business Negotiations and even in personal life. So, whether it’s navigating the next big deal or the next hurdle in a bureaucracy or a broken business relationship, members learn how to deal with the “people” obstacles on their path to success.

Larry has a varied background which began in the United States Marines. From there he became an English teacher and worked as an English Coordinator for the Japanese Government. Larry then worked as a marketing rep for the Armed Forces Radio & Television Network. After that, he started his family’s Mom & Pop trucking business.

Once this company was off the ground, he left to work with the former NYC Police Chief, Bill Bratton, in corporate sales of Pre-employment Screening & Background Investigations. From their he moved through several very different sales positions including cars, beds and maintenance services.

He then started his second family business, Prime Distribution Inc., a company that sold several manufacturers’ products into individual health food stores and franchised GNCs. He sold this business and joined the sales force at WOR Radio selling ad time and radio promotions. Now, with Neo-Sage, he is passing all that knowledge & experience on.

Larry is a Board Member of the Association for Corporate Growth, an Area Director of Business Networking International and a Guest Instructor at Columbia's Graduate School of Business.

He has studied the martial arts and is an amateur Anthropologist, Sociologist and Historian.

He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from the University of Maryland, and resides in New York City with his beautiful wife that he fell in love with in High School and their little girl.
